不知道是不是这学期总睡得太少的缘故，噩梦都能做成系列。凌晨时不知是第几次从无处躲藏的暴雨中惊醒，整栋房子咯吱作响，然后床就猛晃起来。倒是马上反应过来地震了，只是黑暗中，突然觉得屋子安静而空旷，所有自己熟悉的人都离的那么远。床还在晃，听到外面楼梯上有人狂冲下去了，于是开始想自己要不要也冲出去，再想觉得如果冲出去还要起来换衣服，于是开始考虑床头的桌子到底结不结实……就这么考虑到震动慢慢小下去，终于没有动静了，凌晨4:40。怕再震又不敢睡，就这样再次醒来已经天亮了……碰巧今天的Field Trip去State Farm Insurance Company，Earthquake Insurance很自然的成为了一个小小热点。不过话说回来，South Illinois，中部大平原5.2级的地震，也确实够少见的……

PS: Illinois residents were shaken from sleep this morning by the state's second-largest earthquake on record, a 5.2 temblor that rattled houses and knocked pictures from walls. A second, smaller quake struck several hours later.

The first quake was reported at 4:36 a.m. local time and was just 7 miles (12 kilometers) below the surface. The second quake struck about five hours later in same area and measured 4.5.
